To help us in providing program information, we ask that you bring the following documents to your appointment:

• Proof of US Residency Status (Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, US Passport, or Alien Registration Card)
• Proof of California Residency (California Driver's License or California Identification Card)
• Proof of High School graduation or equivalency (High School Diploma or GED Certificate).  We do offer ATB testing for those who do not have a High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  

To help us provide information on available financial aid and ways to finance your education, we ask that you complete and/or bring the following:

• Completion of the 2011-12 FAFSA (one of the following)

• Bring in the completed 2011-12 FAFSA application form (If you need help, we can complete the form at your appointment)
  
• Complete the 2011-12 FAFSA online and bring in a copy of the SAR
• Bring in a copy of your 2010 Tax Returns
• Bring in a copy of your parent(s)'s 2010 Tax Returns (Needed for those who are under 24 years of age, single, and support only themselves)
